Event Booking Terms and Conditions for a drinks Reception to be held in London on 23rd June 2022 (the ‘Event’) Payment for the Reception ticket (non-refundable) to be received by the organiser in full at least 14 days prior to the Event. A ticket holding guest may be replaced at any time prior to the Event. Where a ticket holding attendee wishes to put forward a replacement guest, the name and personal details of that replacement guest must be provided to CITF (the “Organisers”). If cancellation of a booking is requested by a ticket holding attendee, a refund (subject to a 20% administration charge plus VAT) will be made only if the Organiser is able to sell the ticket to an alternative guest from the reserve list, if the event is oversubscribed. If the Event is not oversubscribed and/or if no replacement guest is found by there Organiser, there shall be no obligation to provide any refund. No refund request will be considered after 4pm on 9th June 2022. In the unlikely case that the Event is cancelled for whatever reason, the Organiser’s sole responsibility and/or liability shall be to refund the ticket price. Places are subject to availability and are sold on a ‘first come first served’ basis. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel bookings deemed not to comply fully with these terms and conditions whereupon a refund will be made. The Organiser cannot accept responsibility for the non-availability of any services or facilities at or associated with the Event. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to attendees’ property whilst attending the Reception Your booking for the Event has been taken as your acceptance of these Event Booking Terms & Conditions.
